Hello there! My name is Mercy Santos-Baldino, welcome to ChrisX Performance.
This space was inspired by the legacy of my cousin, Christopher Cossette (read about it [here]), and is dedicated to supporting your unique fitness journey and goals.

A Little About Me:
I’m the second oldest of six siblings. With three boys and three girls, we were often called The Brady Bunch. Fitness has been part of my life since childhood; from playing soccer to competing in Ironman triathlons, I was always doing something active.​
​
With experience across multiple fitness modalities, I deeply appreciate various training styles. From endurance and team sports to powerlifting, HIIT, and one-on-one coaching, my approach to fitness is always evolving and never based on a "one size fits all" model. I am committed to lifelong learning by continually refining my technique, expanding my knowledge, and staying grounded in evidence-based practices.

At ChrisX Performance, I welcome clients of all backgrounds and ages and believe fitness should be customized, sustainable, and empowering. My goal isn’t just to train you, but to educate and equip you for real-life, lasting success.

Beyond The Gym:
When I’m not with my amazing clients, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my amazing husband, our puggle, or surrounded by family. Blue is my favorite color, I live for pizza and espresso, and research, writing, and faith are constant parts of my world.
